Southern Garrison

Adds a Garrison to the Southern Border area of Skyrim /Cyrodiil.
(Fortress) accessible via Map Marker.
The stockade fence protects the Imperial walls leading up to the Garrison.
You have 2 doors inside it, one leads to a Khajiit-manned Store and the other is an Accommodation for the Player, includes a bedroom, bathroom, dining area and storage room with usable Crates and Safe Storage chests. A ladder leads up to a tower.
