Kersilivas Nova is an island - accessible via the Display Case near Solitude (see Ship Map Marker) or Castle Dawnguard via a Statue outside.

Features:
=========

* 5+ Islands - one larger island (Main) and one smaller island (with Town); with Icebergs.
* Both Islands are accessible at the Kersilivas Docks (via boat); enter display case near Solitude City (Map).
* Town has self-service economic buildings (Winery, Glass maker, Tailor, Cafe) and Blacksmith, General Store, & Marketplace.  Nearby are Farms and Lotus pools, Doom stones.
* Larger Island has a Castle with Jarl + Guards + Prison; Woodsman House, Lodge (Player homes); Cathedral, Temple of Talos (Healing Pool, Shrine); Inn + Guards + Stockade fencing (Bandits nearby); Docks + Stairs; Small Command Post near Castle; Varied Mines (Iron, Gold, Stone); interconnecting Roads; The Undercity + bridge; Altar of Arkay + Necromancers/Bandits/wolves on roads; Dwarven Ruins + waterfalls; functional fishing poles + wood piles; and NPCs (Follower in Castle); an old Tower; Southern Fortress, etc.
* Undercity: has a main area with Merchants, Campgrounds, Commons + Fence, Vaults, Theater, Arena, Ice Cream Parlor, Follower in Theater, etc. 
* Navmeshing on roads mostly.  You can use Map Markers for Fast Travel, or boats. 
* Custom graphics courtesy of the mod resources mentioned above (plants, Cathedral, etc.), and M7 (food items).
* The Necropolis is below the bridge near Undercity (with Allied Merchant in Crypt).  
* You can build a Fortress (misc. Quest) along the road near the Dwarven Ruins. See Knights Quest below.
* Mage Tower with 2 Mages who practice Magic in the daytime (Merchants).
* Buy Stocks or Lottery Tickets in Undercity.  Vaults = Stocks, Lottery Tickets = Commons (Fence).
* New Magic Spells!  
* Buyable Palace for Player (Use with Custom Family Home Mod).
* Bath House with hot/cold pools (Tepidarium/"Warm" (+30% Stamina fortified); Frigidarium/"Cold" (+30% Magicka fortified) once per day).  Located near the Mines.

Quests:
=======

1. "Enter the Mummy" - find 3 clues about the missing Mummy while in the Tomb below the Ancient Dwarven Ruins.  Then locate the Mummy and bring it to the Altar for your reward.
2. "Build a Fortress" - follow instructions from an Automaton perched on a rock along a road (see Map).
3. "Economics" - make items from local industries into Crates in the Town Market. 
4. "Thieves Guild" Quest (see: Fence) = find blueprints and read them (bring it to a Goldsmith anvil for reward).
5. "Knights of the Square Table" - In order to be a Knight, you must perform 10 Tasks (Misc. Quests).  The rewards include a Horse (Spell tome), enchanted Dragonbone armor, and a key to the Palace (Player home - see above).  This may take about a half-hour to complete.  You need to build the Fortress Nova first and enter the Tower for these quests.
