Creation Kit Date in 2012

The Creation Kit for Skyrim is expected in January 2012.

It will allegedly be connected with Steam Workshop, as Steam will reward modders for their free mods with 25% of proceeds if they decide to sell them as DLC (Downloadable Content). I am not sure if this is a good idea, but it will become like self-employment for many children and young adults who have free time to make mods to computer games.
