Masser Moon:
------------
Welcome to Ourorax Colony on Masser Moon!
The Rocket to Masser Moon leaves Riverwood across the river. Once you arrive there, the Colonists invite you to help build the Colony to the North. Local materials are available - from a Masser Oakwood forest to a Rock Quarry for making concrete. The Moonstone Mines are infested with local wildlife. Build City parts using the Builder Workbench and placement computer to place House Deeds (Small Houses, Medium to Large Houses only). Buy a contract for a Real Estate Agent to make building easier. The Southern Town already has a General Store with Merchants, Temples, Library, Cafe, Jarl House, and other buildings. The Palace to the West has some Followers for your protection. Outlaying Towns favor Dwarven Oil Refineries. A Private Hall of Masser is for sale near the Ourorax City for $3000 Gold Septims.
The First Quest starts on arrival. The Colonists want you to build Township A, and a Museum. Afterwards, you must "acquire" a rare painting (Hint: the Museum Docent sells one, or you can pickpock her) and "place it" in the Gallery for your reward. Use the Computer to hire the Docent, and read any paperwork they give you.
Another Quest is in the Laboratory in the Main City. Give the Lab-Rat a drink. Read any paperwork he gives you afterwards. (Hint: there are Mead Barrels in the Lab, but only one has drinks). Then follow the Quest to your next options. (There is violence/fighting involved, so find a follower or a good weapon/some armor).
A third Quest is The Skooma Trade. Find the missing Moonsugar shipment and return it for a reward. The Quest starts from the Real Estate Agent in Township A (read it), and takes you through the Subways and Moonsugar Plantation.
Other mini-quests are on an Inn's Writ Board (7 random activities); usually you make something and return to the board for payment. You may also earn gold by fighting in the Bartertown Arena, or gamble in the Casino(s).
Beware of Lurkers with Lurker Complex (Diseases). You may clean with wash basins or wash tubs in the Inns. A Misc. Quest is included (The Steam Engine near Ourorax Rocket).

Secunda Moon:
=============
Use the lower level of the Skyrim Rocket to access Secunda Moon Rocket.
There is a Colony on Secunda adjacent to the Main Town (above ground level). The Colony has 48 Apartments, a Moonsugar Forest, and private Beach with walls/gates. A Boat access nearby leads to a private walled Estate (Chateau Secunda) which is for sale at $4000 Gold Septims; it comes with 4 houses, 2 farmers, & 2 Followers. Secunda Mines are accessed via Wayshrines. The Penal Colony to the far North is accessed from 2 Wayshrines.
The Main Town has an Inn, Jarl Palace, College, Stores, Houses, Bridges, and Guards. There are villages outside of the Town.
Visit the Wrecked Wagon to start "Native Life" Quest. This Quest involves fighting some Dremora. It begins when you kill one Dremora, then escalates into an invasion in the Colony. Visit Molag Bal Temple (in the Oblivion Plane) to resolve this issue, to the North (Use Wayshrines or villages to reach it).
