Enter Chu Mountain via the blue column of light in the mountains near Riverwood Town to the South. This Mod uses Chinese/Japanese/Asian conceptual ideas and culture.
Visit Zhou Town near the Jade/Iron Mines (The town has Merchants and an Inn).
Join either the Samurai or the Ninja via Doomstones, and select to be removed if needed (this will not work when either party is aggravated or in attack mode). Both selections gives keys to either the Shogunite Temple to the North West or the Secret Ninja Base to the Far East. Samurai/Ninja armor is not playable at present (It will cause a CTD if worn by the Player). Samurai will attack Ninja, and Ninja will attack Samurai (Factions). Samurai have red armor, Ninja have blue armor. Collect Combat Gems from Ninja or Samurai to sell for 1000 gold each at either Headquarters or base.
Visit Machi Town towards the beach. There are some houses, a Dojo training room, a Bath House, an Inn, the Hall of Justice, some Shrines, Guards, and Followers. Cuisine includes: Spicy Fried Beef, Rice Bowls (harvested from Rice plants), Sushi, Sake, Green Tea, Fried Egg, Salad, Plum soup, Dim Sum, Sashimi, and Sweet/Sour Chicken. Weapons include Quarter-staff, 3 types of Sword, Exploding Arrows (3 types), and Spear. Enter the Awabi Inn for Quest (be sure to collect the Key from the Quest).
Visit Japan Town in the hills near the Beach, or Jade Town entrance (blue column; to Shogunite Temple). Buy a Stronghold for 30,000 Gold (with Japanese Garden) near Machi Town. There are Followers/Companions scattered throughout the Mod. Use The Art of War spell with Army spell for best results. Added are Martial Arts Spell Tomes sold by Merchants. (Press "E" to access cows, chickens or wild dogs inventory)

Known Bugs:

Game seems to CTD after wearing NPC outfits. Probably because of Samurai Armor Mod has missing files? This didn't exist with New World Mod Resource. This occurs with any modified armor worn by NPCs. So I set these to "unplayable."
2. Guards or NPCs walking under floor or in weird positions in Towns. Probably caused by Navmesh issues.
3. Factions will attack Player after aggro following entering an opposing Faction while soldiers are violent. Player needs to change factions prior to attacking opposing Faction (Ninja/Samurai).

This is a working Bank in Solitude's Blue Palace with ATM machines in Whiterun's Dragonsreach, Windhelm's Palace, and Riverwood's Sleeping Giant Inn. You can Deposit/Withdraw gold in amounts of 10, 100, 1000, or 10,000 Septims. Interest is added per Player level in the Vault. You need to Open an Account (100 Gold for Key) and can use the Key to open the Vault in Solitude's Blue Palace (see: Trap Door).

Summary:
Nova Skyrim Isle has a Stormcloak Outpost which was attacked by Dragons. You are invited to restore the City to its former glory, by repairing or adding buildings. You can access the Isle via the Docks on Raven Rock in Solstheim. "You find the City in ruins. You may leave it in Marble."
First, visit the Docks in Raven Rock towards the (Locked) Display Case nearest the Docks, then visit the (Sleeping Giant) Riverwood Inn. On exiting the Inn you should be met by a Courier who will give you a book (Instructions); read it for the Key. Then return to Raven Rock to unlock the Display Case and enter the Island.

Instructions/Guidebook:
1. Go to Workstation (see Map).
2. Use the Builder Workbench to make the items for the City.
3. Use other crafting utilities for other items, like the Anvil for Building Materials (fittings, nails).
4. Harvest Oak Wood Logs from green-leafed trees, and convert them to Wood Piles or Wood Planks on the Workbench.
5. Mine Iron Ore, & Stone Blocks from the Iron Mine near the Workbench.
6. Mine Clay, Straw, Glass, etc. from Clay Mine near the Workbench; Stone makes Sand which makes Glass.
7. Place Buildings using a Button on a table at worksite in the City.
8. You can upgrade Buildings - use Repair Button on some structures to make Basic Houses.
9. Upgrade Common Houses to Higher Class or Noble buildings.
10. Upgrade wooden walls to stone walls.
11. You can also make a Park, a Theater or a Ranch
12. Important! - REMOVE ITEMS/NPC (Followers) FROM HOUSES BEFORE UPGRADING THEM! Or items will disappear.
13. You can hire Guards once the Palace Walls are built, or Recruit Patrol Guards.
14. Some Stores can also be built. Sacks of Produce are opened using Cooking utilities/Forge.
15. The Docks lead back to Solstheim/Raven Rock using a Display Case.

As an Archaeologist, you excavate in tombs and sift dirt to find artifacts. This one is blocked by loose rocks requiring an equipped pick-axe to break through. Use the Sifter to find Artifacts, and return them to the Museum at Raven Rock. Rumor has it that an Ancient weapon is in the tomb, severed in two parts. Find both parts and restore it to its former glory, or sell it to the Museum -- if you survive.

To Build the City-State:

Harvest Wood from green-leafed, Cedar wood trees, or buy wood from local Towns. Mine Iron and other metals in the Mines to the NorthWest (use the Pavilion with the gold telepad disk near Entrance via the Boat), or purchase required components in the Towns. Build the parts inside the Palace, first level, on the Carpentry Workbench.
Note:

1 Log (from Trees) = 50 Wood Piles.
1 Wood Pile = 20 Wood Planks.
10 Wood Planks (etc.) = 1 Wall.
4 Walls + 10 nails + concrete foundation = 1 House Plan.
10 House Plans = 1 Blueprint. There are 8 Blueprints to the City. Read them to build each region.
The Strongbox in the First Level of the Palace near the Throne contains Powers spell tomes for Governing the City-State. You can choose the type of Government, evoke random effects daily like Trade with other Towns (with the Foreign Exchange chair near Throne) or invasions within the city (Bandits, Rioters or Dragons) once the city is built. Then you can hire or attract Workers - Farmers, Lumberjacks, Guards, Cows, Citizens, etc.
Choose from Monarchy, Republic, Theocracy, Dictatorship, Technocracy, Principality, or Democracy (Spell Tomes, Powers). Each has a separate effect. Another Power is setting the Tax Rate (from 10% to 50% daily). Justice, Trade, Religion, Laws, and Military are other Powers of Government. The Religion Power is from a Mara Statue near her Church of Mara in the Justice District. You may wish to hire Guards in case of random effects like Invasion or Riots, because most of the workers are Mortal (except Merchants or Followers). You can also approve/disapprove Legislation (Laws - Powers).
The Market District has various Merchants selling clothing, armor, weapons, Magic, and a Pet Store. More are found in the Nobles District (Art Gallery, Jarl Garb, Hotel, Casino, Theater).

In Camelot 1 (Knights of Camelot) the Player can become a Knight and later decide whose allegiance to align with:
1. King Arthur's Camelot - fight for righteousness, honor and chivalry?
2. Prince Mordred II - fight for darkness and corruption?
There are 2 Factions vying for control of Camelot, in East Valenwood Province.
Both Camelot and Mordred Factions are sworn enemies.
The Player can invade Camps and conquer them, later building Towns, to collect revenue so as to build one's army of Knights. Each Knight requires resources per soldier; these are Defensive only as soldiers do not respawn and are killable. The Player fights for either Prince Mordred or King Arthur, with separate Quests. Each have Daily News (Power, use once daily), which are randomly selected. Daily News may include activities occurring in either Kingdom, such as Invasions or Trade. Knight resources: a weapon, armor, food rations, a horse / or taxes (100G). To conquer a Camp requires the Legion-Alpha Spell Tome, and once the chieftain is slain the Player receives a Conquest Gem that is sold for a Town Charter. Read the Town Charter to build the Town. Later the Player will try to attack the enemy Castle via a siege of possibly hundreds of Knights (or skeletons). See Dragon Statue outside the Office to Spawn Knights.

East of Rorikstead is the Town Building Site. You harvest wood piles from nearby trees within the walled enclosure. Use the Builder Workbench to craft Wood planks, Stone blocks, Building Materials (Locks, Hinges, Nails), and the building Plans to be placed on Wood Piles per location. You can also change the name of the Town (once). NPCs include a Farmer and a Miner, 2 Citizens, and 2 Store clerks (6 total). A tent is available for sleeping while you wait. No quest needed.

Nestled in the clouds above the Labyrinthian is Dragoneye Castle.
Contained on Dragons are Dragon Eyes and Dragon Meat, which can be made into special foods and an Elixir using either the Honey Distillery (See: Vineyard) or an oven. The Dragon Spawner device is located on the roof access above the Store, and spawns one leveled Dragon at a time, or use the Summon Dragons spell from the Store clerk. You can sell 3 Dragon Eyes for 10,000 gold to the Dragon Statue near the Dragonborn Shrine.

On Enderal - review
The new Total Conversion Mod - Enderal - based on Skyrim game uses some Skyrim assets and items but in a whole new world and way of playing. You need to own Skyrim first and it is Free on Steam app. You can make or buy items, own a house or horse, but your words are in real time and if you error the relationships with NPC characters change, so Be Careful What You Say! (~ TGM works too in combat, but can occasionally or rarely turn off). Skyrim mods do not work here. The Voice Acting is great. Graphics and sound are awesome. It does crash to desktop occasionally due to the heavy FPS and graphics loading per scene, so Save often. You only level skills using books that are purchased or found. Other attributes are automatic. Quests are rigid so having to reload is possible to find a solution. Puzzles are hard in places (uses real timing). You are attacked frequently while traveling -- No Fast Travel either. You can use teleport scrolls for that. The City of Ark may use separate world spaces I think per section. Maybe not. I started playing Enderal after it was released on St. Valentine's Day (Feb.14) 2019.

Castle-Town Principality (v.1.1) - a Castle Player Home & Town by Skyrim Mod Developer M7.
Enter through the shrine at Bleakfalls Barrow (Outside, see golden disk) to teleport to the Worldspace. Then follow the road to the Town, the Castle is above on a small hill. There is a Gold Mine with most of the ores in Skyrim (+ Stalhrim ice), and 2 Miners. The Lower Level has blocked passages that must be cleared. The Town has about 2 dozen Merchants in their own homes. A Healing Chapel has a Trainer and Merchant with Shrines outside. Near the hill is a Supply Tower and Town Bank, & Garrison for the Knights (M/F). A Sewer system is below the Town. There is the Mayor's Residence and an Inn (where Farmers sleep at night). The Garrison has its own working Prison/Knights. A Weapons Depot Tower is near the Town's Farmland.
The Castle has 2 levels, with Stables, Gatehouse, Private Garden, Park (with Hares & Cows roaming about), and Mead Hall accessible outside. The First Level has the Main Hall with 2 Bedrooms (Master Bedroom), Kitchen with Cook, Great Hall with Followers, Armory with Weapons racks/Bookshelves/Mannequins/Storage, Storage Room, Tower to 2nd Level, Chapel of the Nine with Priest/Bard, & healing Bath (raises Stamina), Practice Lock, & 3 Storage Casks (Granary, Winery, Meadery supplies). Outside is a Tower/House of the Dead with Follower (M7).
The Castle's 2nd Level mostly contains Bedrooms, with a private Wet Bar, Library, hidden room, and Utility room with Skyforge/Blacksmithing and Magic crafting stations. You can buy the Castle Deed from the Mayor which has its own Perks of ownership (for about 7,000 Gold Septims).
Merchants in the Town (with Custom retextured buildings, Int/Ext) include: Cobbler, Tailor, Bowyer, Jewelry, Leathers & Pelts, Blacksmith, Apothecary, Magician, Soul Gems/Enchanted, Chapel, Hearthfire DLC Supplier, Wine & Cheese seller, Bakery/Brewery, General Store (Misc.), Dwarven Art, Potter, Pet Store (with Pet Spell Tomes), and Food Sellers inside the Castle/Inn/Mead Hall. The Mayor sells books/Spell Tomes, and buys firewood. Miners and some Followers will buy Ores/Produce. The Pet Merchant offers: a Pet Hare, Crab, Dog, Dwarven Spider, Frostbite Spider, Ice Wolf, Deer and a Horse. The Castle Deed spell: Teleports to Castle, Mark/Recall Location, Conjure First Aid potions/lockpicks, or Conjures 3k Gold.

Q: The Mod won't load.
A: Check your Load Order, Required DLC, check the Mod under Data Folder, and which version of Skyrim you are using (Legendary, Original, Special Edition or VR). This was made with original Skyrim only.

2. "Build a Fortress" - follow instructions from an Automaton perched on a rock along a road (see Map).
3. "Economics" - make items from local industries into Crates in the Town Market.
4. "Thieves Guild" Quest (see: Fence) = find blueprints and read them (bring it to a Goldsmith anvil for reward).
5. "Knights of the Square Table" - In order to be a Knight, you must perform 10 Tasks (Misc. Quests). The rewards include a Horse (Spell tome), enchanted Dragonbone armor, and a key to the Palace (Player home - see above). This may take about a half-hour to complete. You need to build the Fortress Nova first and enter the Tower for these quests.

* Larger Island has a Castle with Jarl + Guards + Prison; Woodsman House, Lodge (Player homes); Cathedral, Temple of Talos (Healing Pool, Shrine); Inn + Guards + Stockade fencing (Bandits nearby); Docks + Stairs; Small Command Post near Castle; Varied Mines (Iron, Gold, Stone); interconnecting Roads; The Undercity + bridge; Altar of Arkay + Necromancers/Bandits/wolves on roads; Dwarven Ruins + waterfalls; functional fishing poles + wood piles; and NPCs (Follower in Castle); an old Tower; Southern Fortress, etc.
* Undercity: has a main area with Merchants, Campgrounds, Commons + Fence, Vaults, Theater, Arena, Ice Cream Parlor, Follower in Theater, etc.
* Navmeshing on roads mostly. You can use Map Markers for Fast Travel, or boats.
* Custom graphics courtesy of the mod resources mentioned above (plants, Cathedral, etc.), and M7 (food items).
* The Necropolis is below the bridge near Undercity (with Allied Merchant in Crypt).
* You can build a Fortress (misc. Quest) along the road near the Dwarven Ruins. See Knights Quest below.
* Mage Tower with 2 Mages who practice Magic in the daytime (Merchants).
* Buy Stocks or Lottery Tickets in Undercity. Vaults = Stocks, Lottery Tickets = Commons (Fence).

Quests:

1. "Enter the Mummy" - find 3 clues about the missing Mummy while in the Tomb below the Ancient Dwarven Ruins. Then locate the Mummy and bring it to the Altar for your reward.
2. "Build a Fortress" - follow instructions from an Automaton perched on a rock along a road (see Map).
3. "Economics" - make items from local industries into Crates in the Town Market.
4. "Thieves Guild" Quest (see: Fence) = find blueprints and read them (bring it to a Goldsmith anvil for reward).
5. "Knights of the Square Table" - In order to be a Knight, you must perform 10 Tasks (Misc. Quests). The rewards include a Horse (Spell tome), enchanted Dragonbone armor, and a key to the Palace (Player home - see above). This may take about a half-hour to complete. You need to build the Fortress Nova first and enter the Tower for these quests.
