Finally Housecarls can do other actions besides fight or carry items.  They can cook, provide supplies, borrow gold, provide drinks, & heal you.  To access these features just ask the Housecarl to follow you and Trade items  for the "Note for Housecarls," Read it, and then ask them about it. This Mod was tested with the Thane of Whiterun, Housecarl Lydia. It should work with all original Housecarls as I added each name separately.  (Servants).

In Dragonsreach, Whiterun, dwells the Noblewoman Beatrix.
She has "even-toned" voice with extra features:

1. She can heal you
2. She cooks food and drink
3. She makes potions
4. She has supplies (Soul Gems, Arrows, Scrolls, Leather Strips, Ingots, etc.)
5. Once a day she gives you daily gold profits
6. She can offer 15 Lock Picks
7. Plus she is a normal Follower who can fight (Spellsword) or carry your luggage.  She has random clothing. She has fire/ice and fire-shout spells and can self-heal.
 

Notes: Quest (Misc.) begins on entering Dragonsreach and ends when you read her note (Inventory). Quest is for Dialogue purposes only.

Visit the Draco Real Estate Office to purchase the Castle, during business hours.  It will cost 12,000 Septims. Business Hours (8am to 11:50pm).  The office is near / north of Riften.  * Be aware of NPCs near the Real Estate Office.

Young Santa Claus - Skyrim Mod - Follower...

 

 

 DESCRIPTION:

TES-V: Skyrim, & Hearthfires DLC.

Young Santa Claus can be found in the Candlehearth Inn in Windhelm with his 2 Elf Followers. The Elves buy ores and Santa buys firewood. Santa also carries presents for children including food, dolls, and wooden swords. Elves use bows and Santa also carries a Katana sword with spells. Meet Santa while he is still young.

The "Well Rested" bonus in Skyrim Mods not showing up = resolved.

 

 

 To prevent the "Well Rested" Bonus not showing up in a Player House in Skyrim Mods:

1. Location - new - Add "LocTypePlayerHouse" to custom location. If you add "Inn" or "House" Location, this only shows "Rested" effect when sleeping in a bed.  

2. Add Location to Cell with House under Edit Cell and press "Okay."

3. Under Location - Do not add "Parent Cell" location.  (Select NONE).

4. Save and test in game.
